- Items shipped and ordered in the European Union can be returned; pay attention! Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after delivery.
- Items shipped and ordered outside of the EU returns are only possible when you pay full expenses of the return shipment, this also includes custom payment. Please mark the customs value as 0€, because your purchase was only a temporary import.
- Please let us know by e-mail (email@example.com) that you are returning the product(s), use your invoice number in the correspondence. Items bought in the SALE cannot be returned.
- We ask you kindly to respect our product(s). Price tags and labels still have to be attached on the item(s) and the item(s) are clean, undamaged and have not been worn.
- Returning in original package and complete. If there are any missing items and/or damage, we cannot give you a (full) refund. For example a missing belt, dust bag or glasses case, etc.
- Costs of the return is for your own expense. Please hold on to your proof of shipment!
- In order to get a full refund, the item(s) MUST be returned to 035VINTAGE within 14 days after delivery.
- 035VINTAGE will pay the refund after 30 days at the latest, including shipment costs.
